All accounts on this portal are subject to manual review and approval by Maxter Healthcare's Government Sales team. By registering you confirm that you are an authorized procurement representative of a qualifying government, military, law enforcement, or accredited healthcare organization.

Submission of false or misleading information during registration may result in immediate account termination and may be reported to appropriate authorities in accordance with federal procurement regulations.

Payment Security

All payment transactions are processed through Accept.Blue, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Maxter Healthcare does not store, transmit, or have access to full credit card numbers. Payment data is encrypted end-to-end and handled in accordance with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI-DSS).

If a browser security verification prompt appears during checkout (such as Windows Security PIN verification),
this is a feature of your browser's built-in payment autofill system and is not initiated by Maxter Healthcare or this portal.

Cookies & Session Data

  • Account information is retained for the duration of your active account
  • Order records are retained for a minimum of seven years in compliance with federal record-keeping requirements
  • Payment transaction records are retained as required by PCI-DSS and applicable tax law
  • Security logs are retained for up to 90 days
